I’m a huge fan of yours and wanted to ask about my 2015 GTI Autobahn. First question is regarding the Adaptive Headlamp Assembly. I lowered my GTI with the VW Sport Springs and a week afterward hit a very bad pothole which immediately induced a dash error about a Adaptive Headlamp failure. The headlamps will no longer “adapt” and do not complete the “wink” mode on engine start up. One lamp looks stuck. Although the car is under factory warranty, I’ve also had the APR Stage One ECU software added so I can’t take the car back to the dealer to have this checked. Where and how should I proceed with troubleshooting this condition?

Also, I’m pondering the addition of the Bilstein PSS Coil-overs. Is there a big difference is ride quality between having the VWR Sport Springs VS the Coil-overs? I’m mainly interested in the adjustable ride height that the coil-overs provide.

    Thanks Paul!
