Help Wanted: European Auto Parts Specialist

ShopDAP, a VW and Audi parts and accessories e-retailer based in Cornelius, NC is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable European Parts Specialist to join our team. As a European Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, expanding our catalog of European parts, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Develop and maintain our catalog of European parts and accessories for VW and Audi vehicles.
Research and source new products to expand our catalog and stay current with market trends.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and pricing for all products in our catalog.
Utilize your knowledge of European cars to advise customers on the best products for their needs.
Collaborate with other members of the team to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of European cars (VW and Audi vehicles prefered).
Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-6 pm.
