The DSG transmission as per Volkswagen has a recommended service interval of 40k miles. This maintenance for your DSG trans is very important to ensure the reliability. It is also very important as maintaining your transmission as recommended is required for warranty coverage on your transmission If you are submitting a warranty claim it is likely the service records would be requested. Be sure to save all info in regards to your DSG transmission maintenance.
