Replacing your intake manifold can solve a variety of issues with your 2.0t TSI engine. This can range from check engine lights for flap motor faults, to a poor running condition. The intake manifold flap motor is very common to go bad which will commonly leave you with a P2015 fault. While the earlier versions of this intake manifold can have a vacuum leak at the flap motor arm. This vacuum leak could cause a poor running condition or lean fault codes. Be sure to update your TSI with the most current version, found here.
